3. Data transfer

For the purpose of contract fulfilment we shall forward your data to the shipping agent we have commissioned to deliver your order, in so far as this is required for the purpose of delivering ordered goods. Depending on which payment provider you select in the order process, we shall forward the payment data which have been collected in this context to the bank handling your payment and/or, if applicable, to the payment provider commissioned by us for the purpose of handling your payment or to the selected payment service. In some cases the selected payment providers also collect these data themselves if you open an account with one of these services. Data transfer to the garage you selected
If you have given us your express consent during or after your order to do so, we will forward your first name, second name, e-mail address and telephone number on this basis to the selected garage so that they can contact you to coordinate a date with you.
