Insurance/Damages in transit

Every shipment is insured up to a value of 500,00€. During the process of ordering you may contract an additional insurance for the amount exceeding this basic insurance. The items are dishwasher-safe, microwaveable, tasteless, odourless, and resistant to grease and oil. Heat-resistant up to 225 °C. Nonetheless, permanent contact with heat should be avoided. Do not leave the items in a hot pan or pot for too long. Delivery without cup.
