This charger/inverter combination (ICC) is the universal power supply for recreational vehicles. The devices were developed for mobile use, in particular, and combine an automatic charger with a sine wave inverter. It meets all the requirements of modern caravans. If shore power is used, the automatic charger starts automatically and charges the onboard batteries, adapted to the existing battery type and capacity (both adjustable). If the shore power input is insufficiently fused, the devices can be limited. If high starting currents (e.g. for air conditioning) are needed, these are temporarily provided by the onboard battery. The integrated sine wave inverter fulfils this task. It can be loaded very heavily and is equipped with an automatic mains switching device. As long as shore power is used, the inverter's power is switched to the indoor sockets. If no external power source is available, the inverter provides power to the sockets. The inverter also has a load identification integrated to set the inverter to energy-saving mode, if it is not used for a longer period of time.
A remote control for the interior is included in delivery. With this device, the inverter is started and then can be switched to automatic/permanent/night mode. Moreover, it is displayed if shore power is used as well as the inverter's current power output.
