Camping accessories: Camping dishes, camping pots and camping stoves - all the camping cooking equipment you need at InterCaravaning

Camping cookware such as dishes and pots are an essential part of camping accessories. Without them, you can’t eat, drink or cook while you camp. Camping dishes transported in a camper van, caravan, car or even on a bike need to be able to withstand a lot. That’s why plates, cups and drinking glasses for camping, such as the Blue Ocean dish series and the Space camping dish series, are for the most part made of melamine. Camping pot sets or individual camping pots and pans need to be extremely heat-resistant yet lightweight at the same time due to the gas stoves commonly used on caravan holidays. That’s why manufacturers make most camping pots and pans, such as the 7-piece Juniper pot s‍et  and the three-piece Click & Cook pot s‍et, out of aluminium with a non-stick coating.

Camping grills and stoves for food preparation outside of camper vans and caravans

Intercaravaning.shop offers a wide variety of cooking options depending on the type of camping trip.

Simple cartridge camping stove

The simplest mobile camping stove is available from gas cartridge manufacturers such as Campinggaz and Primus. The simplest models are mono-gas stoves, some of which, in addition to the torch that can be clipped on to the cartridge, only consist of three or four collapsible pot holders with an integrated windbreak. These include the Bleuet Micro gas camping stove and the Mimer Stove Duo gas cartridge stove. With a Clip & Co mounting system for cartridge assembly, the Campinggaz Bleuet stove is only slightly larger, but much more stable thanks to a base under the cartridge. Gas cartridge stoves of this type can be placed on 230 g and 450 g cartridges.

Hotplates similar cartridges camping stoves

Hotplate-like, rectangular cartridges and gas stoves with a knob to control the intensity of the flame offer even more safety. However, they use a smaller 220 g valve cartridge is used, which is inserted into a compartment on the side of the actual stove. Some manufacturers, such as Bright Spark, offer an extra grill attachment for their flat-bottomed cartridge stoves, which can also be ordered at Intercaravaning.shop. These grill attachments for camping stoves distribute the flame over a larger area, usually have a non-stick coating and have a water bowl or grease collector to prevent food from dripping and extinguishing the flame or soiling the stove. For gas camping stoves, there are also safety hotplates which concentrate the heat and evenly distribute it over 66 small outlets to prevent milk and the like from boiling over. Safety hotplates for camping stoves can also be used to keep food warm or to toast bread.

Camping stoves with multiple burners

Two- or three-burner camping stoves such as the Appetizer Duo gas stove and the Brisbane multi-burner stoves from Intercaravaning.shop follow the same principle, but are often more elaborate. In most cases, they are designed like a suitcase, the lid also serving as a back wall and windbreak. The stainless steel burners are individually adjustable, and since two- or multi-burner stoves are wider than single units, they are very stable. Gas is supplied via a hose and a butane or propane cylinder of your choice. And we can’t forget about the gas pressure regulators (or low pressure regulators), which ensure that the gas is lowered to 50 or 30 mbar.
