The battery charging device LAS 1218 BUS is operated as a primary-phase switched power supply unit. Due to this modern circuit technology, a high charging current with compact dimensions and low weight can be realised – no ventilation necessary. Also strengthens charging of systems with electronic block. Temperature-compensated charging. Suitable for SDT BUS. Including temperature control.

Like the LAS 1218 BUS, the battery charging device LAS 1218-2 is operated as a primary-phase switched power supply unit. In comparison to the LAS 1218 BUS, the charging technology is realised without temperature compensation and with two charging characteristics curves.

Steady charging current, even if the supply voltage fluctuates
Applicable to the device for power provision with no batteries connected
Re-charging of the starter battery with a maximum of 3 A
